Now, you can let people book time on your Google or Microsoft calendar without the back-and-forth - right from your AttractWell account. Migrate your calendaring and drop that extra calendar subscription (on top of everything else you no longer need to buy!)
And ... not only does it allow you to set up booking links like you can with other calendaring tools, but it also includes call packages. (Regular booking links are available on all plans, and call packages are available on the Basic and higher plans.) Best of all, the features are fully integrated throughout AttractWell and included at no extra cost on your existing plan. This means:
- One checkout form for scheduling, payment, and questions. Set up a sales page that lets people schedule a meeting, fill out an intake form, pay, and give them access to a call booking package - all on a single form, without double-entering any data. Or, include as much or as little of this as you want - just give someone a simple free call booking link, for example.
- Sell packages of calls and let AttractWell track how many are left. No more notes, spreadsheets, Zaps, etc., to keep track of how many calls a client has left in a package. Clients see how many calls are left in their package right in the calendar invitation, and can also log into your member area to see upcoming calls and book calls for any call packages that have calls left.
- Show your true availability across multiple calendars. If you're one of the many who manage their time across multiple calendars, connect as many calendars as you want to your AttractWell calendar and show availability from up to 11 connected calendars at once. (See the GIF with this post! 😃)
- Limit booking to specified contacts or just people who are in specific vaults. Do you have a high-ticket client or a membership that has access to you to book calls? Make a link for those people. If someone not on the list gets your booking link, they won't be able to book a call unless they're on your list.
- Book group calls. If you have group calls that recur on specific days and times of the week, set up a group call with a maximum number of people on a call, and let AttractWell handle availability for you.
- Fully integrated with the AttractWell Zoom. Set up booking links to create a new Zoom meeting for every booking, or use a recurring meeting for every meeting that's booked with a single link - it's up to you. For physical meetings, set a location that shows in the calendar invitation email.
- See upcoming meetings from your dashboard and the daily activity email. In one place, see all your upcoming meetings and start them with a single click, which opens a Notes box so you can start taking notes after the meeting begins.
- Email & text reminders come from your email & 2-way texting number. Any email and text reminders and follow-ups will come right from your email address or your 2-way texting phone number. No more dealing with random phone numbers or "noreply" 🤖 email addresses - reminders come from your contact info, and people can reply right to them and get in touch with you directly.
- Integration throughout AttractWell. The contact manager, landing pages, automations, the store, the page builder, resource bundles, and more have been updated to work with the new booking system.

This is great for learning how interested someone is based on a video you send them, or just knowing if someone actually watched something you sent to them.
Open the video library, then check the box to allow sharing a video by a link, then click Get Link. Be notified by email, text, and app notification when someone clicks the link, starts watching the video, watches some of the video, and when they finish the video, so you know when to follow up. Also, tag them and run automations when they reach certain milestones in the video.
