If you’ve ever found yourself wondering what to send to your email list—or skipping a week (or a month) because you didn’t have time to write something—this training is for you.
Email marketing still delivers the highest ROI of any digital channel, but for most service providers, coaches, and creators, staying consistent is the hardest part. You don’t need a better strategy—you need a system that makes it simple to show up without overthinking or starting from scratch every time.
This week on AttractWell Office Hours, we’re walking through three practical ways to stay consistent with email—plus how to make it easier using AttractWell.
Why Email Still Matters
Email builds relationships you own. It reaches your audience directly without relying on social media algorithms, and it gives you the opportunity to speak directly to leads, clients, and community members with context, value, and intention.
But if your emails go out once every few months (or not at all), you’re missing that opportunity—and potentially losing people who were interested in what you offer but didn’t hear from you soon enough.
The fix isn’t more effort. It’s a system that works with your life and your business.

3 Systems That Make Email Easier
1. Weekly Email Rhythm
Pick a day of the week to send something simple and valuable. It could be a tip, a story, a client win, or a resource. What matters most is that you send something consistently—not that it’s perfect or lengthy.
Want to make it easier? Choose a repeatable format:
- Tip Tuesday – Quick how-to or insight relevant to your audience
- Friday Favorites – Resources or highlights from the week
- Story Saturday – A personal reflection or client journey
Once you decide on a format, write a few drafts at once and schedule them in advance using AttractWell’s one-time email sender or an evergreen campaign.
2. Monthly Campaign Drop
Batch your content creation once per month and schedule four emails ahead of time. These can follow a theme (like “back to school” or “stress awareness”) or simply reflect what’s relevant in your business right now.
For example, you might send:
- Week 1: A personal story that connects with a client challenge
- Week 2: A how-to or resource to help them solve that challenge
- Week 3: A case study or testimonial
- Week 4: A soft CTA to book a session, download something, or reply
You can build this once as a campaign in AttractWell and reuse it later—or build a new one each month and apply it to your leads or customers with one click.
3. Evergreen Nurture Campaign
This is a “set it once” email sequence that every new lead receives after they opt in. It might include:
- Your story and approach
- A few of your most popular blog posts
- Answers to frequently asked questions
- Calls to engage, book a call, or join your group
If you don’t yet have an evergreen nurture campaign in place, it’s one of the best ways to stay consistent without lifting a finger week-to-week. You can build it using a swipe file (more on that next) and automate it with campaigns + triggers in AttractWell.
How to Make This Even Easier: Use a Swipe File
If you’re not using a swipe file yet, now is the time to start. A swipe file is simply a board of saved prompts, stories, tips, and past content that you can pull from whenever you need to write something new.
We recommend organizing your swipe file using a Trello board. You can include categories like:
- Prompts for email subject lines or blog titles
- Personal stories or client wins
- Common questions your audience asks
- Social media posts or captions you’ve written before
You can even drag those ideas into a calendar view and plan your content weeks or months at a time. This works beautifully with the three email systems we covered above—and it’s exactly how we teach planning inside our training series.
