If you've ever tried to launch a funnel, deliver a new course, or promote a membership and found yourself digging through old files, half-built pages, or unnamed videos—this training is for you.
Most service-based business owners don’t struggle because they lack ideas or offers—they struggle because they don’t have a system for organizing what they’ve already built. That disorganization shows up in your day-to-day workflow as friction, delay, or missed opportunities.
This week on AttractWell Office Hours, we’re taking a systems-based approach to cleaning up your digital workspace, organizing your files, and simplifying your backend so you can grow without confusion or overwhelm.
Why a Clean Digital Workspace Matters
Your backend is the engine of your business. It’s where you build your sales funnels, publish your content, run your courses, and follow up with leads. And like any engine, it needs to be maintained—or it breaks down.
Here’s what a cluttered workspace often leads to:
- Duplicate content: Creating the same thing twice because you couldn’t find it the first time
- Slow launches: Spending hours reconnecting assets that should already be linked
- Inconsistent branding: Using old images, outdated videos, or incomplete copy
- Team friction: Struggling to delegate because nothing is named or organized clearly
When your digital workspace is clean and consistent, you move faster, publish confidently, and hand off work with ease. And you don’t need another software tool to make it happen—you can do it all inside AttractWell.

What We Mean by “Digital Workspace”
Your digital workspace is the full collection of assets you’ve created to run your business. That includes:
- Pages and landing pages
- Campaigns and automations
- Forms, surveys, and event links
- Files (PDFs, downloads, .ics calendar files)
- Photos (branding, product shots, design elements)
- Videos (program content, webinar replays, testimonials)
AttractWell gives you one place to build, store, and organize these assets. But without a naming convention or file organization strategy, it’s still easy to get lost. That’s why we recommend building a consistent system—so your backend becomes a tool that helps you grow, not something that slows you down.
Use Naming Conventions That Support Clarity
One of the most powerful changes you can make to your business is to name things by purpose, not by date or version.
For example, if you’re offering a webinar that leads into a course called “Well Balanced Life,” here’s a set of matching assets you might create:
- WBL Webinar (Page)
- WBL Sales Page
- WBL Webinar Video
- WBL Sales Campaign
- WBL Vault (Membership Vault)
- WBL Downloads (File Collection)
- WBL Course Branding (Photo Collection)
- WBL Funnel Videos (Video Collection)
This type of naming convention makes every asset searchable by its core project or offer. When it’s time to update, rebuild, or relaunch—you’re ready.
Organize Files, Images, and Videos into Collections
Collections are available in the File Manager, Photo Manager, and Video Manager in your Content Library. If you’re uploading files while editing a page or email, those assets won’t be organized into collections unless you do it manually later from the manager. That’s why it’s worth spending a few minutes each week organizing your uploads into these logical groups:
- Section Backgrounds – visual design elements for web pages
- Challenge Graphics – daily banners or featured images
- Course Downloads – program-specific worksheets or guides
- Webinar Videos – lead magnet replays
This small habit compounds into big benefits. You’ll avoid duplicate uploads, reduce clutter, and make reusing what you’ve already created faster and more enjoyable.
Where Names Are Public (and Why That Matters)
Some assets are only visible to you. But others are seen by your leads or customers—so naming affects how professional and intentional your brand appears.
- Pages: Title bar and link path are public-facing—use naming that reflects the purpose of the page.
- Campaigns: “Name shown to contact” is visible in their preference center—make it clear and client-facing.
- Vaults: Vault names are always public—avoid internal shorthand or placeholders.
- Files: Direct links will show the file name—mask them with buttons or text when needed.
Even though your internal workspace exists behind the scenes, how you structure it can directly impact how confident, consistent, and polished your customer experience feels.
What Your Leads See vs. What You See
Inside the training, we walk through a comparison between your backend view and what your audience actually sees when interacting with your pages, videos, downloads, or campaigns. Understanding this difference will help you clean up what needs it most—and prioritize visibility where it matters.
This final layer brings the whole system together: organized assets, a smart naming structure, and clear user experience from sign-up to sale to follow-up.
Tips to Keep Your Naming System Consistent
Even a great system breaks down if it’s not followed consistently. That’s why it's worth creating a few ground rules for yourself (and your team, if applicable) to keep your workspace clear and cohesive long-term.
Here are a few ways to keep your naming structure on track:
- Start with the offer name: Every asset should begin with the name of the product, program, or funnel it supports. Example: “Balance Checklist PDF” or “WBL Sales Page.”
- Use simple, human-readable names: Avoid codes, abbreviations, or internal jargon unless it’s used consistently across your entire system.
- Stick to singular naming styles: If you write “Sales Page” for one funnel, don’t use “Sales Landing” for another. Pick a convention and apply it across all funnels.
- Document your structure: Keep a simple text doc or note with a few examples of your naming conventions so you or your team can reference and repeat it.
The goal isn’t perfection—it’s clarity. If someone else were to look at your account tomorrow, they should be able to understand what each asset is for without asking you.
