Get It Out the Door—Fast

You’ve already done the hard part: the ideas are planned, the posts are written, and the graphics are ready. Now it’s time to get it all published—quickly and efficiently—without bouncing between platforms or rewriting from scratch.

This is where your entire content system comes together. In this post, you’ll walk through exactly how to take your blog drafts, social captions, and email previews and schedule everything—so your next month (or quarter) of content goes live on time, automatically.

Here’s What You’ll Use

This process uses a few simple tools, available with your AttractWell account or free to access:

  • Write with AI: Built into AttractWell—use it to write preview emails and social captions
  • Trello: Use the Swipe File & Content Planner to manage drafts and scheduling
  • AttractWell’s Blog & Email Tools: To publish posts and broadcast emails to your list
  • Canva: For creating blog and social graphics using a reusable template

Step 1: Publish Your Blog Posts

Start with your draft content in Trello. For each blog post:

  • Create a new blog post in AttractWell
  • Paste in the blog title and body using “Paste Plain Text” to retain formatting
  • Apply Heading 1 for the title and Heading 2 for subheadings
  • Upload your featured image from Canva
  • Paste your excerpt into the “Excerpt” section and enable it
  • Tag your post with 1–2 category labels
  • Schedule the post to publish on your chosen date
Repeat this process for each post. If you’re publishing weekly, that’s four blog posts scheduled in under 30 minutes. If you’ve planned a full quarter, simply continue until all 12+ posts are queued.

Step 2: Schedule Your Email Broadcasts

Next, use Write with AI to generate short preview emails to send your blog posts to your list. These emails should create curiosity and encourage a click—not summarize the whole post.

Example prompt:

“I help [your audience] with [your result]. Write a 3–5 sentence email preview promoting my blog post titled [paste title]. Use a friendly, curiosity-driven tone that invites readers to click and read more.”

Paste the copy into an email broadcast in AttractWell, add a link to your blog post, and schedule it to send the same day the blog post goes live. Repeat for each post.

Step 3: Create and Organize Social Posts

Finally, use Write with AI to generate short, engaging social media captions that promote each blog post. These can be scheduled the same week as the blog, or used in future campaigns.

Example prompt:

“Write a short Instagram caption to promote my blog post titled [paste title]. Include a hook and a question to drive clicks.”

Paste each caption into your Trello board using the social post card template. If you’re creating images in Canva, attach them to each card. Then schedule the posts using your preferred tool—or save them for manual posting when it fits your calendar.

How to Scale This for a Full Quarter

This system doesn’t stop at one month. Once you’ve done it once, you can use the exact same workflow to prepare 2–3 months of content at a time. Here’s how:

  1. Day 1: Batch Planning Use your swipe file to select 8–12 blog post topics. Create Trello cards with titles and placeholder dates.
  2. Day 2: Drafting Use Write with AI to generate your post drafts. Aim to write 4–6 posts at a time using prompts, then review and refine later.
  3. Day 3: Visuals + Scheduling Create your blog graphics in Canva using a template. Then paste, format, and schedule your blog posts inside AttractWell. Add excerpts, tags, and dates as you go.
  4. Day 4: Emails + Social Use AI to write your broadcast emails and social captions. Schedule list emails directly in AttractWell and organize your social posts in Trello.
You don’t have to do it all in one day. But with short, focused sessions, you’ll have a full quarter of content scheduled before most people finish their next post.
